The story lingers in my thoughts, so far, a few chapters in, a delight and inspiration....the poverty of today is the same as yesterday..
Recommended by a friend, the host of Otium Sanctum (Latin for Holy Leisure), had several second hands books for sale, and when I picked this up she said 'it's a must read'. So for $2 I've started a new adventure. These rabbits take a life all their own, it's the most interesting book...
And finally, the ART.FOR.THEM (fundraiser for boys rescued from the streets of Peru) was a success ! Such an encouragement to be part of and see so many others giving of their time and resources to make it happen.
Thankgoodness it's Spring Break this week...hope to finish these two books.....the beach calls.

I have always wanted to read A Tree Grows in Brooklyn...I think it's set in the stars now...of course after I finish Twilight!
