He Became a Servant

"Your attitude should be that of Jesus Christ: who being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness." Philippians 2:5-7

If enjoying God's majestic creation isn't a service from Him....what is? The creation spoke into existence speaks back to Him with every sounding wave, wind, and rustling of itself. God is most glorified in us when are most satisfied in Him. I've never felt satisfied with His creation, it's never enough, there's always the mystery of the 'teeming wild things' across the world, He created for His glory. The gift of enjoying it, the delight in Him, in the thoughts of Him serving me in this way, to enjoy beauty made by His words. How can a glorious Creator be able to speak the world into existence and then speak to me? Only through the person of Jesus Christ, and the person of Jesus allows me to grasp a finite amount of understanding of God's love.
