Fun Skirt

I save fun ideas that I see in catalogs. This one is from Boden. I love their prints and designs, but typically it's out of my price range. So it took all of FOUR hours with a little work left to be done. There was a skirt in need of an update. I didn't want to toss it because it still fit and was in good shape. $98? No, quilting thread, scrap fabrics, and time!
