The view of Christ in my life is growing stronger. Each Sunday I've been challenged by my pastor to see and know the truth of who Christ is scripture, not who the world has portrayed, or even churches who have portrayed Him. Jesus Christ, incarnate, living Savior, the inerrant word becoming flesh, His body, the pure gospel. The Gospel is pure when grounded by the truth, Christ alone. There is no room, time or place for compromise. Another reason to worship, a sobering thought to encourage me to speak truth. I'm convinced that to obey God is to also speak the truth in love,grace, and compassion.
